This seven (7) story, post-tensioned concrete building involved the construction of four (4) parking decks at the lower portion of the structure and three (3) additional offices levels at the upper portion. The foundations required drilled concrete piles and the difficulties of working with a very high-water table.

The main purpose of this building was to incorporate a main fiber optic server area (HUB 787) and its support offices at upper levels. Two hundred four (204) parking spaces were provided to serve the nearby community and business center.

In addition, an arcade and commercial area was constructed at ground level for various retail stores and restaurants.
